Jeep JK Front Track Bar Torque Specs
A loose front track bar is the number one leading cause of Death Wobble on the Jeep Wrangler JK platform. The track bar centers your front axle under the vehicle. If the mounting bolts are under-torqued, the bolt will oval out the bracket holes, permanently destroying your steering geometry. View our full Jeep JK Master Torque Database for more specifications.

FSM Installation Protocol & Warnings
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: The front track bar MUST be torqued with the full weight of the vehicle resting on the ground at its normal ride height. If you torque these bolts while the Jeep is raised on a jack or lift, the polyurethane bushings will instantly bind and tear as soon as you lower the vehicle.
